Hi, I'm Fion, 31 years old. I just moved from Melbourne to Perth. A certified personal trainer based in Tapping, proudly serving Perth’s northern suburbs, including Joondalup, Wanneroo, Ashby, Carramar, Burns Beach, and surrounding areas. Fitness transformed my life, and my mission is to help others feel strong, confident, and empowered through personalised fitness training and fitness programs tailored to their unique goals.

My own fitness journey started in 2019 when I built a private gym in Melbourne, where I trained over 100+ clients. I loved the supportive environment and the strong connections I formed. Now, I bring that same passion to Perth's northern suburbs, offering one-on-one personal training, small group sessions, and customised workout programs.
I personally transformed my body by losing 30kg (from 90kg to 60kg) and competed in powerlifting with a total lift of over 350kg. I was awarded Best Female Lifter in 2022. I know the power of hard work, consistency, and smart training — and I'm here to help you achieve your fitness goals too.
I truly believe that strength training is a powerful tool for both physical and mental well-being. It’s more than just looking good — it’s about building confidence, reducing stress, improving productivity, and living a healthier, more fulfilling life.

We started working from my gym before COVID-19, on and off in the park during lockdown. When people were stuck at home, we worked hard, sunny, windy, cold and stormy.
You don’t know how much effort is put into it. Slip and get back up again millions times, be consistent with training and a healthy lifestyle, good food and an extremely STRONG mindset.

I have to do this post because I’m not only promoting Fat loss. Many people are struggling to put on weight and suffer from anxiety.
Me and Christine have worked together for more than 2 years, the photo shows only a few kilos different but her body composition changes. Also, her attitude and confidence. Look at her eyes, look at her smile, it’s worth it. It melted my heart. 🥰

We all come from different nationalities; background, colour, religion, height, character, body shape and body type.

She is a powerlifter and competed in a competition.
However, I’m a huge believer in mixed strength and hypertrophy training when it comes to changing body composition. This body is made from a lot of drop sets, Tempo( Time under tension), mind-muscle connection, heavy lifting and training to failure.
Ladies, lifting weights won’t make you bulky( say it a million of times).
And you’re perfectly imperfect. You can be anything you want. Let it go!!

Fion is a professional, energetic and patient PT who s competent to provide customer-centred training by analysing the strength and weakness of clients, plus co-ordinate with diet control suggestion/daily habits/health background etc.

Training environment provides one to one/two privacy session with sufficient equipment and various form of training, I enjoyed all the session that I had with her so far. Highly recommended to the beginner but also to those who had gym exp too as Fion can work in the public gym room with you as well!
Overall, I 've been training with Fion for few months and I m getting good results in building muscle and strength even though I have a lower spinal issue. I m looking forward to having a long term training with her in the future.
